We cook your product in two 55 year old firebrick pits using only aged
Texas Hill Country oak.  We've been doing authentic Texas style barbeque
for over 55 years the right way - with wood.

Please bring your unfrozen product at least 24 hours before you want it
ready.   Extra for whole pigs, boar, or large game fish.  Extra to slice
boneless meats. 3.00 charge to debone turkeys.
